APPROPRIATING MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE TAX
FUNDS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF BRUNSDORPH
ROAD AND AUTHORIZING THE SERVICE DIREC-

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRLAWN:
Section 1: There is hereby appropriated from Motor Vehicle
License Tax Fund~ now held by the Treasurer of
Summit County to the credit of the City of Fair-
lawn, the sum of $1200.00 for the improvement of
Brunsdorph Road.
Section 2: The Service Director, on behalf of the City,
shall make necessary application to the County
Commissioners for disbursement of the funds
hereby appropriated.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after ten days after its enactment.
