1974-101 OrdinanceORDINANCE 1974 - 101 Of£er~ by Councilmembers Ball & McKinney REQUIRING POSTING OF PRICES BY GASOLINE SERVICE STATIONS AND SETTING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRLAWN.. Section 1. All gasoline service stations shall post by written notice, in a clearly legible and visible fashion from the contiguous street or streets, the price per gallon of regular and premium gasolines. Section 2. Whoever, being the manager or owner of a gasoline service station, shall fail to post the notice required by Section 1 of this Ordinance shall be guilty of an offense, and upon conviction .thereof shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00). Each dayts failure to post the required notice shall consgitute a separate offense. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be effective from and after ten days after its first publication by posting and first notice of adoption published in the Akron Beacon Journal. Enacted May 20, 1974 ~illiam F.
