DECLARING A TRUCK SURPLUS AND
AUTHORIZING SALE OF THE SAltg.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRLAWN:
Section 1: The Streets Commissioner having advised the Council that the
City,s 1960 Model F 350 Ford Dump Truck and the hopper type
salt spreader mounted thereon, are of no practical use to
the City, said truck and spreader are declared to be surplus
property and the Service Director is authorized to sell the
same according to law.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall be effective from and after ten days · , after its first publication by posting.
