AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION OF
STREET LIGHTS ON WINCHESTER ROAD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRI~WN:
Section 1: It having been recommended by the Streets Commissioner and
the Service Director, and it appearing that the public
peace and safety will be improved by the installation of
two street lights on Winchester Road and that the
installation and operation of such lights will not
materially affect the emergency condition referred
to in Ordinance No. 1973- 137, the prohibition placed
on additional street lighting by said Ordinance No.
1973-137. is hereby waived as to lights in the location
aforesaid.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall be effective from and after ten days
after its first publication by posting.
