AGCE~TING AND RESTRICTING FUNDS FROM
DEVELOPER OF WESTWOOD ESTATES FOR
CERTAIN CAPITAL PURPOSES IN THE PARKS
DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRLAWN:
Section 1: There is hereby accepted from the developer of Westwood Estates
(earlier known and referred to as Woodside) the sum of
$25,000.00 in lieu of open space land generally required by
Ordinance 1960-7.
Section 2: The sum referred to in Section 1 of this Ordinance, as received,
is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the City for
the uses and purposes heretofore designated for the proceeds
of the Transient Guest Tax, and immediately upon its receipt
it shall be transferred to the Transient Guest Tax Fund there
to be retained until its appropriation therefrom by the Council.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall be effective from and after ten days
after its first publication by posting.
