DESIGNATING %lie AKRON BEACON JOURNAL AS A NEWSPAPER
IN WHICH ORDINANCES AND OTHER MATTERS HAY BE PUBLISHED
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRLAWN:
Section 1. The affidavit heretofore filed by the Beacon Journal Publishing
Co. with the Clerk of Council is accepted as evidence of the
qualification of said newspaper for the publication of
ordinances and other' matters required by law and the Charter
of the City of Fairlawn to be published.
Section 2. All ordinances and other matters required to be published
as aforesaid for the years 1972 and thereafter may be published
by the Clerk, or other officer responsible for publication,
in the Akron Beacon Journal.

Section 3. The tlayor is authorized to enter into a contract, oz contracts,
with the Beacon Journal Publishing Co. for such publication.
Section 4. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
