AUIItORIZING EMPLOYMENT OF A cLERK-TYPIST FOR A TEI'IPORARY PERIOD ENDING
FEBRUARY 12, 19 72.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRLAWN:
Section 1. That the Eayor be and he hereby is authorized to contract for the
services of a part-time clerk-typist for a maximum of 20 hours
per week for a period not extending beyond February 12, 1972, said
clerk-typist to assist Theresa Edl, present clerk-typist, in her
duties; provided that the contract provide for compensation no
§rearer than the maximum amount currently char~ed by Kelly Girl
Service, Inc. for such services.
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emer$ency measure
necessary to the welfare of the City and its inhabitants for
" the reason that the services to be contracted for are required
for the immediate orderly establishment of the Cttyls records
and affairs in its new quarters in City }fall, and therefore,
shall be in full force and effect from and after its enactment.
