The hayor having appointed Ray Hartung as Tax Administrator of the City o£ Fatr lawn~ the said appointment is approved and confimed. Section 2. The compensation of the said Tax Administrator for the year 1972 shall be ~12~500.00. Section 3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary to the general welfare of the City to provide for the continued efficient uninterrupted administration of the · ' Oity income tax, and by reason hereof shall be in full force and effect from and after its enactment.
