APPROVING THE APPOINTmeNTS OF HARILYN BALL, WALTER BENDREI,,~R, EDWARD J. CANARIE,
CARL F. EFFLER AND hlC%iAEL SI~lqS TO THE BOARD OF ZONING AND BUILDING APPEALS~
AND DECLARING AN EHERGENCY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRLAWN:
Section 1. The Mayor having appointed the following electors as members of the
Board of Zoning and Building Appeals for the terms indicated,
to-wit: Ltchael Simms for the term ending January 1, 1973, Carl F.
Effler for the term ending January 1, 1974, EarilynBall for the
term ending January 1, 1975, Walter Bendremer for the term
ending January 1, 1976~ and Edward O. Canarie for the term
ending January 1, 19 77; the said appointments are approved
and confirmed.
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure
" necessary to the wel£are of the City and the inhabitants thereof
for the reason that the terms of all members of the former Board
of Buildin§ and Zoning Appeals have expired and the services of
such Board are essential to receive, hear and decide appeals as
provided by the Charter and ordinances of the City, and, there-
fore, shall be in £ull force and effect from and after its
enactment.
