BE IT ENACTED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRLA!'~;: Section 1: Certain lands lying west of Shtawassee Avenue are hereby rezoned from B-2 Retail Business District to R-4a Residential (Twtnplex) Use pursuant to the provis~ons of the Zoning Ordinance, lC~61=1c~, as amended. Said lands are described as follows: Situated in the City of Fairlawn, the County of Summit and the State of Ohio, and known as being a part of Lot No. 5 formerly Copley Township, and more or less fully described as follows: Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 160 in the Parkway Allotment as recorded in Plat Book 32, Pages 55 through 61 of the Summit County Record of Plats; Thence S 89° 49, 00" 1~ distance 2~5.59 feet more or less along south line of original Lot No. 5 to a point; %~ence North 00° 15' 30,, if, along a line parallel to and distant 294.41 perpendicular easterly from the center line of N. 1.iiller Road, a distance of 622.16 more or less to a point; Thence S 58" 08' 00" E, along a line being parallel to and distant 8001 perpendicular northeasterly from the northerl~ right-of-way line of West 1.arket Street (S.R. 18) as originally established as 100' R/I~, a distance of 355.95' to a point, said point being in the westerly line of the aforesaid Parkway Allotment; Thence S 00° 06, 00" ~f along the westerly line of the Parkway Allotment a distance of 435.23' to the place of beginning. Section 2: The necessary changes required by Section I of this Ordinance shall be entered on the Zoning Diap of the City as required by Ordinance 1961-19.
