That the City of Fairlawn does hereby request and authorize the Board of County Comm~ ssioners to extend the sewer district known as the Copley F~irlawn se'~er district to include all of the sewer district west of Bancroft Road to Cleveland Msssillon Road and from ~lgin Drive north to West Market Street. That this Council does hereby pledge to such Board of County Commissioners all such assistance as is permissible by law. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary to the health, safety and welfare of the City and its inhabitants. By reason thereof shall be in full force and effect from and after its enactment. Passed'.
