'~IHEREAS, after proper advertising therefore the Clerk- Treasurer of the City of Feirlswn received a bid for the sale of two police cruisers to the City of Fairlawn. BE IT ORDAI~ED by the Council of the City of Fairlawn, S~mmt % County, Ohio: Se ction 1: That the bid of the Ruttan Motors of Wads'~orth, Ohio, to sell two (2) police cruisers for ~6,437.62 be and the same is hereby declared to be the lowest and best bid received pursuant to advertising made thereon. Section 2'. That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer be and they are hereby designated to execute a contract with the said F~attan Motors, Inc., in accordance ~ith the specification advertised and agreed to in said bid submitted. Se ction 3: That the Clerk-Treasurer upon delivery of said vehicles and acceptance by the safety committee is hereby authorized to issue proper vouchers and warrants to the Ruttsn Motors,. Inc., in payment thereof. Section 4: Passed: Attest: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the earliest period allowed by law. December 6, 1971 ..
