APPLICANTS.
W}iEREAS, applicants ],.ave been meceived f~om certain
persons eliKible to become members of the Fairlawn
Police Department and,
WHEREAS, M~. Pamley has pmeviously given such
examinations and has such expemienee as ~o be
beneficial to the City.
BE IT ORDAINED~ by the Council of the City of
Fairlawn, Ohio:
Section 1'
That Mm. Richamd Pamely be and he is hemeby
designated to pmepame and ovemsee examinations
fo~ pmoposed police candidates fop ~he Faimlawn
Police Depamtment.
Section 2-
That ~hePe be and is hemeby appmopmiated a sum
not ~o exceed $320.00 fora the pumpose of paying the
costs and the compensation of the said Riehamd Pamley.

That this omdinance is hemeby declared to be an
ememgency measure necessamy to the health, safety
and welfare of the City and its inhabitants. By
