ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE ARCHITECTS
THIRD (3rd) ESTIMATE FOR MATERIALS AND
WORK ON THE FAIRLAWN CiTY COMPLEX BY
THE CHRISTENSON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY:
AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF THIRTY TWO
THOUSAND Six HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX DOLLARS
AND THIRTY SIX CENTS ($32,676.36)
WHEREAS: ~he Chris~enson Construct. ion Company
has ~o date completed work and sto~ed materials
a~ ~he site in the sum of One Hundred Thirty
Three Thousand Nine Hundred Eleven Dollars and
No Cents ($133,911.00) and,
WHEREAS, they have previously been paid Eighty
Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Three Dollars
and Sixty Cents ($87,8~.60) and,
WHEREAS, the architect has now recommended that
they be paid the sum of Thrity Two Thousand Six
Hundred Seventy Six Dollars and Thirty Cents
($~2 ,676. 30) pursuant ~o the contract.
BE IT ORDAINED' By the Council of the City of
Fairlawn, Ohio.
Section 1.
That ~he architects estimate of construction to
date in the sum of $13~,911.00, and authorizing
payment in the sum of $32,S7~.~0 be and the same
is hereby appmoved.
Section 2.
That the Clerk-Treasurer be and he is hereby
authorized to issue proper vouchers and warrants
in favor of the said Christenson Construction Co.,
in the amount of $~2,676.30.
