OFFERED BY' COUNCILMAN FERRY
REQUESTING THE CLERK-TREASURER TO CERTIFY TO
THE LIFE OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT, TO-WIT-
THE MUNICIPAL COMPLEX AND CERTIFYING TO THE
MAXIMUM OF THE MATURITIES OF OBLIGATIONS TO
BE ENTERED INTO.
WHEREAS, this City now proposes to enter into construction
of a City Complex in accordance with plans and specifications as
p~epa~ed by Keith Haig $ Associates, A~¢hiteet$, and
WHEREAS, it now appears that it will be necessary to issue
a general obligation note without the vote of the people in the sum
of $~25,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Faimlawn,
Summit County, Ohio:
Section 1.
That the Clerk-Treasurer be and he is hereby directed
to certify to this Council as to the proposed life
of an improvement to be known as the Fairlawn
Municipal Complex to be constructed and to further
certify as to the maximum life of maturities
that may be issued for a certain general obli-
gation note of the City of Fairlawn in the sum
of $~25,000.00.
Section 2.
That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect fPom and aftem its enactment.
