y PPROPRIATING $2,736.00 FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVENENT
FUND TO SUPPLEMENT ORIGINAL APPROPRIATION FOR MOTOR
PAVING OF ERIE DRIVE, FORT ISLAND DRIVE AND WINCHESTER
ROAD; AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO MAKE ENTRIES
AND ISSUE WARRANTS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, certain additional work was required to complete the motor paving
of Fort Island Drive, Winchester Road and Erie Drive including the
widening of the paving by two feet, extension of paving by fifty feet
on Erie Drive and Fort Island Drive and adjustment of manholes not covered
in the original specifications.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRIAWN, OHIO-
Section 1- There is hereby appropriated from the Capital Improvement
Fund the sum of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-six and no/lO0 Dollars
($2,756.O0) to supplement the original appropriation for payment of motor
paving of Fort Island Drive, Erie Drive and Winchester Road.
Secti,on 2-The Finance Director is authorized and directed to issue the
usual vouchers/warrants and to make appropriate entries pursuant hereto.
Section ~' That it is hereby found and determined that this legislation
complies with Section 121.22, O.R.C. regarding notification of meetings
and all deliberations of this Council pertaining hereto have been con-
ducted in accordance therewith.
Section ~- This ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure nec-
essary to the health, safety and welfare of ~.}]e residents of the City
for the reason ti]at the credit rating of the City ~nust be maintained
at the highest possible level and it shall therefor be in full force
and effect from and after its enactment and approval by the Mayor.
