BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRLAWN, OHIO: Section 1: A vacancy having been created in the membership of the Planning Commission by the resignation of Richard N. Willse, who has sold his home and is moving his permanent residence from the City of Fairlawn, therefrom effective October ~l, 1977, and the Mayor having appointed Louis A. Mangels to said Commission to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Willse ending December ~1, 1978, the Council finds the designation appropriate and the same is hereby approved and confirmed.
