AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ~2,190.00 FROM THE PARK
BOARD FUND 15AT2 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board has been investigating

Poloroid Identi-card system consisting of a camera, laminator and die-
cutter, and
h~EREAS, the Board would prefer to purchase the system and have it
operational for the upcoming summer recreation program,
NOW THEREFORE, UPON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PARK AND RECREATION BOARD,
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRLAWN, OHIO'
Section 1- There is hereby appropriated from the Park Board Fund 15AT2,
the sum o.f Two Thousand One Hundred Ninety and no/lO0 Dollars (~2,190.00)
to be used for the purchase of a Poloroid Identi-card system. '

complies with Section 121.22 O.R.C. regarding notification of meetings
and all deliberations of this Council pertaining hereto have been conducted

Section ~: This ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure necessary
for the health, safety and general welfare of the residents of the City
for the reason that immediate steps be taken to insure proper use of the
parks by authorized persons by the beginning of the summer recreation
program and it shall therefore be in full force and effect from and after
its enactment and approval by the Mayor or at the earliest time allowed
by law.
