1976-121 OrdinanceORDINANCE 1976- ~21 Offered by Mayor Hart laub AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE PATCHING OF PAVING ON NINE STREETS IN THE CITY, APPROPRIATING $5,586.00 FROM THE PERMISSIVE TAX FUND, AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO ISSUE WARRANTS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRLAWN, OHIO: Section 1: The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract for the patching of paving on the following named streets within the corporate limits of the City of Fairlawn, Ohio, to wit: Mackinaw Stratford Carson Marquette Haverhill Burnham Pembroke Dalton Abington Section the sum 2: There is hereby appropriated from the Permissive of ~5,586.00 for payment of work authorized herein.
