AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO
A CONTRACT FOR THE PATCHING OF PAVING ON NINE
STREETS IN THE CITY, APPROPRIATING $5,586.00
FROM THE PERMISSIVE TAX FUND, AUTHORIZING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO ISSUE WARRANTS, AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRLAWN, OHIO:
Section 1: The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enter into
a contract for the patching of paving on the following named streets
within the corporate limits of the City of Fairlawn, Ohio, to wit:
Mackinaw Stratford Carson
Marquette Haverhill Burnham
Pembroke Dalton Abington

authorized should be completed prior to the onset of the winter season
and it shall therefore be in full force and effect from and after its
enactment and approval by the Mayor or at the earliest time allowed by
