1976-101 OrdinanceORDIN3tNCE 1976 - 101 Offered by'Councilman Ferry AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW ACCOUNTING MACHINE' APPROPRIATING $19,200.00 FROM INCOME TAX COLLECTIONS TO PAY THEREFORE' AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, this Council did, by Resolution 1976-6~, authorize the Finance Director to take bids for a new accounting machine, and WHEREAS, pursuant to said resolution, bids have been received after due notice by publication, and WHEREAS, said bids were limited to thirty (~0) days from date of receipt; NOW THEREFOR, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRLAWN, OHIO' Section 1- enter into trade-in of The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed a contract for the purchase of a new accounting machine the present machine for a contract price of to with pursuant to bids received by the Finance Director.
