A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PAYMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL'AND
ENGINEERING FEES FROM FUNDS PREVIOUSLY APPROPRIATED.
WHEREAS~ Council did appropriate the sum of ~0~000.00 for Archi-
tectural and En~ineerin~ fees for the development of plans for
the Bicentennial Park and Multipurpose RecreaZional Buildin~ by
Ordinance 1976- 17~ for payment from the Capital Improvement Fund,
and

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRLAWN,
