1976-064 ResolutionRESOLUTION 1976-6~ Offered by Councilman Ferry RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TAKE BIDS FOR A NEW ACCOUNTING MACHINE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRLAWN, OHIO: Section 1: That the Finance Director be and is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids for a new accountin~ machine. Section 2: That legal notice of bidding be published in a newspaper of ~eneral circulation once in each of two consecutive weeks. Section ~: That such bids include a credit for the trade in of the accounting machine currently in use by the City of Fairlawn. Section ~: That the City of Fairlawn reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Section 5: That it is hereby found and determined that this legislation complies with Section 121.22~ O.R.C. regarding notification of meetings and all deliberations of this Council pertaining hereto have been con- ducted in accordance therewith.
