1976-051 OrdinanceORDINANCE 1976 - 51 Offered by Mr. Ferry AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR PROCEEDINGS BEFORE THE BOARD OF ZONING AND BUILDING APPEALS BE IT ENACTED BY I]{E COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRLAWN, OHIO: Section 1: Ordinance 1974-154A is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 2: 1. For each variance requested in m~ R-i, R-2, or R-3 Zone 2. For each variance requested other than an R-i, R-2, or R-3 Zone 3. For each appeal from a decision or ~aling ,,f the Building Co~t~nission or Building Co~,'~rrti s s i one r $5.00 20.00 20.00" Section 2: Those portions of Ordinance 1974 - 154A not in conformity with the above amend.:nents are hereby repealed. Section 3' Except as m'nended herein, Ordinance 1974.~154A is hereby ratified and affi rl~ed. Section 4' That it is hereby found and determined that this legislation complies x.~.ith Section 121.22, O.R.C. regarding notification of meetings and all deliberations of this Council pertaining hereto have been conducted in accordm~ce therewith.
