ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR THE TENNIS INSTRUCTORS
Upon the recommendation of the Park and Recreation Board,
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRLAWN, OHIO'
Section 1' The compensation for the Tennis Instructor for the summer of 1979
shall be $480.00 for two (2) sessions of four (4) weeks each. Such compensation
shall be for instruction and tournament work.
Section 2' The compensation for tennis instruction shall be offset by fees charged
to persons receiving instruction.
Section 3' The positions herein established are determined to be part-time
positions for the purposes of retirement and/or other fringe benefits.
Section 4' That it is hereby found and d&termined that this legislation complies
with Section 121.22, O.R.C. regarding notification of meetings and all deliberations
of this Council pertaining hereto have been conducted in accordance therewith.
Section S' This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after ten days
after its '&nactment and approval by the Mayor.
