1978-144 OrdinanceORDINANCE 1978 Offered by Mayor Hartlaub INCREASING THE APPROPRIATION FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE MOTOR PAVING OF DURAND ROAD, AMENDING ORDINANCE 1978-111 THEREFOR, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRLAWN~ OHIO. Section 1. There is hereby appropriated the additional sum of One Hundred Ninety-Seven Dollars and 05/100 (~197.05) from the Capital Improvements Fund for the motor paving of Durand Road from Corunna Avenue to Grayling Drive per Ordinance 1978-111. Section 2- The Finance issue warrants/vouchers Director is hereby authorized and directed to and to make appropriate entries pursuant hereto. Section ~.
