approved today at the Board of Audit. Marks Construction is the lowest bidder at$262,97L00. There were two
bidders, and the bid is significantly under the Engineer's estimate of $310,000.00.
The FairlawnGig survey results for this year show a household satisfaction rating of 97% with nine out of ten people,
which is 89%, saying they're very satisfied with FairlawnGig. I think the rating continues to go up as well as the take
rate. The take rate for FairlawnGig is now 68% which means that seven out of ten homes in our footprint subscribe to
the FairlawnGig.
This evening you'll see on your agenda an appointment for Mr. Dan Welsh who has been a long-time Fairlawn
resident. I'm appointing him to the BZA, the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals. He'll be an alternate on that
board. I believe all of Council has received his bio.
Lastly, the initial stakeholder's meeting was held to discuss the playground improvements for the inclusive
playground. It was held last Tuesday, and it was a very productive and successful meeting. That's continuing to
move forward.
I will comment on legislation as it comes up, and that's all I have to report on this evening. Thank you.

Mr. Shisler: Yes sir. Hello, I'm John Shisler and I'm from Troop 123. I'm here to just attend this meeting, take notes,
and if I have any questions, I'm supposed to ask some questions. I'm working on getting my communications merit
badge for my Eagle Scout recommendation, so that's what I'm working on.
Mrs. Potts: Well, you dodged a bullet. Mr. Stock is not here.
Mr. Shisler: I've heard he likes to ask questions to Scouts.
Mrs. Potts: I'm going to toss you over to the Mayor. You can grill him on the Scouts.
Mayor Sharnsky: I don't know that much about the Scouts. You realize now that you've come up and you've spoken
at this meeting, there's a record or transcript of this meeting and you'll be on the permanent records of the City of
Fairlawn. Twenty years from now, you can go back and look at this night and you can see what you said. If you have
no questions, though, that's going to be on the record too. Do you have any questions for Council or any of our
Administration?
Mr. Shisler: I'm just looking over the paper and not really
