Requesting a 5 ft variance to the rear of the property for the deck. The deck is comparable to
Other decks in the area.
The addition of a deck will increase the property value. The back area slopes down and is
uneven. Sitting in the back yard was limited. Chairs tipped over .No neighbors would be
lmpacted due to wood fence around the property. The fence is shared by next door and the
home behind.
The variance would allow the deck to cover the uneven slope and allow for the enjoyment
